Advising and representing clients regarding issues of access, maintenance, guardianship and custody to children. Representing parties in divorce, judicial separation and co-habitation proceedings.

Commercial & Civil Litigation

Bringing and defending claims in the courts in respect of breach of contract, property disputes and defamation. Dealing with claims through mediation and arbitration processes. Advising on alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.

Debt Collection

Representing individuals and companies in the pursuit of outstanding debts that are due including the obtaining of judgements and enforcing of judgements against debtors.

Employment

Advising both employers and employees on rights and obligations under the Employment Legislation. Representing parties at the Workplace Relations Commission. Drafting and reviewing of employment contracts.

Criminal

Representing defendants in District Court and the Superior Courts in relation to road traffic offences and cases under the Criminal Law code.

Wills & Probate

Advising Clients on the preparation of Wills, drafting of Wills and advising on estate planning. Preparation of Powers of Attorney. Extracting Grants of Probate and administering estates.

Conveyancing

Buying and selling of residential and commercial property.

Licensing

Transfers of licensed premises, applications to restore licenses. Applications for public dance licenses, music and signing licenses. Applications for bar extensions.

Vulnerable Adults

We assist Vulnerable adults and their families in connection with applications under the Assisted Decision Making Act and the Inherent Jurisdiction of the High Court. We assist with applications relating to Discharge from Wardship.

Information and Data Protection Law

We provide advice and guidance to private clients on their rights under GDPR and where necessary act on behalf of Plaintiff’s in protection of their rights.

Please bring a photo ID (drivers licence or passport) and a utility bill or bank statement to verify your home address. If you have a pending Court attendance bring your Court documents.

Ideally we like to have our first consultation in person but they can if necessary be done remotely. The consultation fee would need to be paid in advance.
