Monica is a Trainee Solicitor, who is due to qualify in 2026. Prior to becoming a trainee Monica worked as a Legal Executive at McCoy Solicitors for 4 years and successfully combined studying and working. She is a Graduate of UCC with an honours BCL degree and Masters in International Human Rights and Public Policy.
Monica has a broad range of experience in Personal Injuries litigation, Contract Disputes, Employment Law and Human Rights Law.
Monica has expertise is Deed Polls and Change of Name applications. She has experience in dealing with and preparing for Arbitrations, and she has an excellent knowledge of all aspects of the Injuries Resolution Board including the progressing of claims. Monica has also been involved in several big cases at the Work Place Relations Commission and the Labour Court.
